i can’t tell you the number of people i met in LA who loved hearing about what all i used my iPhone and iPad for on set, but ultimately stuck with their BlackBerry or dumbphone because of AT&T’s network problems. today’s announcement changes that.

i met Rachel Taylor shortly after she moved back to Memphis through a mutual connection. we talked film for a bit, and a few months later she was helping us out on Sleepwalking as our 1st AC. she did a great job and was an invaluable, hard-working part of our crew. now i have the pleasure of helping her by serving as cinematographer on her latest effort. her short film, Avarice, is being produced by Dan Baker, DP of Sleepwalking, and co-writer/co-director of John Gray and The Glass, the Doorpost projects i worked on as producer/cinematographer. check out the website, and consider donating to the project!
